Includes 2024 revisions to the State posting and 2023 revisions to the Federal EEOC, FLSA, and FMLA postings.  

The set consists of four 18" x 24" posters (two federal posters - one in English and one in Spanish, and two state posters - one in English and one in Spanish) that include required notices to employees that must be posted at each worksite. Posters are designed specifically for public employers in Texas and, unlike other commercial posters, do not include notices of private sector employment laws that do not apply to government employers.
