What is TASB's return policy?
Items may be returned for refund within 20 days of shipment. To receive a refund, all returned items must be in good condition. Shipping for returned items is not refundable. TASB does not accept returns from bookstores or for downloadable documents.

How do I return an item?
Items must be returned by first-class mail or ground transportation within 20 days of shipment. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Be sure to include a copy of the order invoice with the order reference number. Send returns to:

How are returns credited?
Refunds will be made promptly after the item has been received by TASB. The refund will be made according to the method of payment:

• Purchases by check will be refunded by check.
• Refunds for credit card purchases will be applied to the same credit card unless the card has expired, in which case a check will be issued to the purchaser.

What if I ordered something by mistake?
Immediately send an e-mail message to TASB Communications or call 800-580-8272, extension 2480 or 512-505-2480, to report the mistake.
