Effective September 1, 2021, school districts that wish to notify individuals that they are not permitted to enter school buildings with firearms and weapons must post a notice at building entrances that complies with Texas Penal Code §30.05 and §46.03. The notices must be clearly visible to the public in English and Spanish with block lettering of one inch in height. These two posters, 18" x 24", meet the legal requirements of House Bill 1927 of the 87^th Regular Session of the Texas Legislature.
