This new guide is designed to support members who may be having challenging budget conversations in their districts. This 36-page publication covers a variety of budget-related topics, from understanding the basic allotment and tax rates to budget planning and staffing considerations. Every board that is an Active Member can receive up to eight complimentary copies in print. The toolkit is also available online to members.
