When are orders processed?
Our offices are open Monday through Friday. Orders received by 11 a.m. Central Time will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 11 a.m. Central Time will be processed the next business day.
We will be unable to process orders on the following TASB holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day following Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve through New Year's Day.
When will my order arrive?
Arrival time (delivery date) depends upon the shipping method used, or if the items you ordered are on back order. If you do not receive your order within seven days, contact TASB Communications, or call 800.580.8272, extension 1068 or 512.505.1068.
Can the billing and shipping addresses be different?
Yes. Enter the appropriate billing and shipping addresses on the Payment Information page when you are checking out of the TASB Store.
How is the shipping cost calculated for my order?
Shipping is based on the total cost of your order and the shipping method that you select, USPS, UPS ground or UPS next day delivery.
The Shipping fee may cover one or more of the following: shipping, handling, and electronic delivery.
